The famous engineer and mathematician Richard Hamming liked to ask first: “What are the most important problems in your field?”, and then “Why aren’t you working on them?”

Since it’s the beginning of the year, you can shoot a Hemming double-barreled shotgun as a salute. Trolling other people, of course, is not worth it, but asking yourself is a good thing.
